We only list what carries an official ecolabel, with its certificate number: EU Ecolabel, NF Environnement, Ecocert, FSC. "Naturally derived" on a bottle is not a label and does not appear on this page.
Every line carries a date. A dated action can be checked; an intention cannot. And when a guest suggests something we act on, we write it here with the month it went live.
We have asked them for the list of the items they deliver to us that carry an official ecolabel, with certificate numbers. It will be published here as it comes — including what carries none.
Three projects are under study. We won't put a date on them until we have a quote: a deadline announced and missed is worth less than none.
